I am a lawyer qualified in Italy and Hungary, specialized in technology, intellectual property and business law, with over 20 years of professional experience in international practice.

I advise companies, institutions and organizations on the protection, management and enforcement of their rights in complex cross-border and digital environments, and on the structuring of their business activities in compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Policy, academia and public speaking

I am an external consultant and author of legal studies for the European Commission, focusing in particular on intellectual property, digital regulation and alternative dispute resolution in the online environment. I am regularly invited to speak at international conferences and contribute to postgraduate and professional programmes on technology law, intellectual property and ADR.
