I am a lawyer qualified in Italy (avvocato) and Hungary (ügyvéd), with a practice focused on technology, intellectual property, and international business law. My career spans over 20 years of cross-border experience, advising clients on complex legal matters in the European and international context.

Professional Profile

Throughout my career, I have represented multinational corporations, SMEs, startups, and public institutions in a wide range of legal matters. My expertise includes:

• Technology and Digital Law: Internet and domain names, DNS abuse, platform regulation, e-commerce, cybersecurity, data protection (GDPR), AI regulation, digital services and telecommunications.
• Intellectual Property: Trademarks, designs, patents, trade secrets, copyright, geographical indications - including prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence, enforcement and dispute resolution.
• International Business Law: Cross-border contracts, company formation, licensing, distribution, technology transfer, regulatory compliance.

Dispute Resolution

I act as an arbitrator and mediator in civil, commercial and intellectual property disputes. I serve as a domain name panelist under UDRP, URS and other dispute resolution mechanisms. I am active contributor to the development and application of ADR mechanisms in intellectual property and technology-related disputes.

Institutional and policy work

I am an external consultant to the European Commission and author of comparative legal studies and policy reports, notably in the fields of Internet law, intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution.

This work has given me a deep understanding of EU regulatory processes and of the interaction between law, technology and policy-making.
